I understand how frustrating it can be with how fast we sell out of our meat and appreciate those that understand the time and work that goes into raising animals and your patience when we do run out.
Running out DOES stress us out because there is a small number of people who do not understand and are not so nice to us about it. I will admit though, it is a HUGE compliment when we do run out so fast because it shows how far we have come with our farm and how good our meat is. Please know that we work extremely hard to make sure you are able to have meat for your table. If you missed out with our chicken in April, this is only the first batch, we will be taking chickens monthly from now until November. We will not be at the market this weekend as we patiently wait for chicken butcher day! Everyone have a great weekend and we will see you soon!
