That is why your reservation at Happy Hollow is for the entire four-hour evening. You will not be rushed through dinner or reminded that another party is waiting for your table. You’ll have time to enjoy your food, open your favorite bottle, play a game, visit the horses, sit beside the fire and reconnect with the people you came to see.
Would shorter reservations allow us to accommodate more people and maximize profit? Absolutely.
But that isn’t what we’re trying to maximize.
