We are proud to announce our expansion of purchasing a vineyard & culinary school location in Spain for our clients. 🇪🇸🍷🍇❤️

I have been searching for some time to have my first vineyard project that can also have gastronomy involved as well as a future tourism rental all in one, and I have found it!

We will have capacity for a 4,000 bottle 🍷 wine production each year to start with potential for future growth as we scale. In tandem, we can provide wine/gastronomic pairing experiences for our clients.

We will focus on Rufete wine grape 🍇 production known in this area of Spain & will produce red and white wines. This area of Spain in the Sierra de Francia of Spain 🇪🇸 has a unique microclimate making it produce sensational wines.

We will be posting updates here as we grow this project as we feel it is yet another ideal pair with our luxury wine/gastronomy tours.

A walk between several centuries & cultures of influence in Sevilla, Spain 🇪🇸.

The Real Alcázar of Sevilla is one of Spain’s most remarkable royal palaces, reflecting centuries of Islamic, Christian, Mudéjar, Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque influences.

Its origins reach back to the early medieval period, when Seville’s Muslim rulers developed a fortified palace complex on the site, which was later expanded after the Christian conquest of the city in 1248. One of its greatest treasures is the Palace of Pedro I, constructed in the 14th century and celebrated for its extraordinary Mudéjar decoration, created by craftsmen working within both Islamic and Christian artistic traditions.

Over successive centuries, Spanish monarchs continued to modify and enlarge the Alcázar, creating an architectural record of Sevilla’s changing cultures and royal history.

Today, the Real Alcazár of Sevilla welcomes visitors from around the world and is always a stop on our Andalucía tours at Global Wine Pursuit Tours by Jacquelyn García Vadnais 🇪🇸🍷❤️.

🏛️ Did you know Salamanca is home to two connected cathedrals?

The New Cathedral was built between 1513 and 1733 to accommodate the city’s growing population, blending Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque architecture.

Instead of replacing the Old Cathedral, it was built right beside it, creating one of Spain’s most unique architectural treasures. Even after surviving the devastating 1755 Lisbon earthquake, it remains one of Salamanca’s most iconic landmarks. ✨🇪🇸

When I was younger I lived in Porto while studying Portuguese.

In the afternoons I would go to the cellars & call my grandfather long distance and discuss what I was tasting.

It was before video calls and we would go through the menus and he would tell me what to order.

Each time I am in Porto, I visit our family’s favorite cellars and raise my glass to my grandfather.

I also now impart this knowledge to our clients.
