After 48 hours in a brine of Rosemary, Sage. Thyme, Lavendar, Salt and Juniper Berries, at 4:45 am, Theresa Turkey is surrendered to the oven, roasting away for one of my favorite clients.

She is one of the most plump, meaty turkeys I've ever purchased.

I bought her fresh, not frozen, soaking in her own juices, never injected, from Kevin Green at The Butcher Shoppe and she is an impressive 20lb behemoth of flavor.

Slathered with homemade herbed butter and stuffed with fresh herbs, oranges and lemons, I'm going to compliment this beauty with a Maple and Mission Fig Balsamic basting glaze.

Next up, a special Charcuterie Box delivery, then a nap!!

Bonjour!! I am treating myself to Oui Oui Paris French Bistro in Fairhope. You should too!

I am picky about authenticity, and this place is spot on true French Cuisine. Croque Monsieur with Tomato Basil Bisque and a very large slice of Coconut Cake (my favorite) I'm in Heaven!

Yesterday's Wedding at Live Oak Plantation was gorgeous! The Brides dress was beautiful! The Mother of the Bride's dress was stunning! Their music choices for the ceremony was the best I've ever heard at a Wedding! It was magical!

And, the Charcuterie Grazing Table was spot on perfect!
