We’ve been busy in the Parker Farms kitchen testing new sauces, and we’ve got two very special additions coming to the Fort Kent Sovereign Market THIS SATURDAY!

A delicious, authentic Thai-style sauce with that sweet heat that keeps you coming back for another bite. Perfect for dipping, glazing chicken, or adding a little kick to your favorite meal!

🌱 WE’D LOVE YOUR INPUT! 🌱

Our environment and our customers’ health are things we take seriously. That’s why we put so much care into choosing quality ingredients and doing things the right way — including how we package the products you take home.

We’ve spent a lot of time making sure our packaging reflects those priorities. We offer compostable bags for your market purchases, and we’ve switched all of our sauces and homemade peanut butter to Made in the USA Ball mason jars that you can reuse long after the last spoonful. 🫙

But there’s still an elephant in the room: the single-use plastic bottles we use for our drinks and the plastic takeout containers holding our delicious smoked mac & cheese.

We’d love to move to quality, reusable glass bottles for our drinks and paper containers for our mac & cheese. Those changes come with a significant added cost, and we want to hear from you as we consider our next step.

💬 Would you be willing to pay a little more for our drinks if they came in a quality glass bottle you could reuse? And if so, how much more would feel reasonable to you?

STOCKHOLM — THANK YOU. TRULY.

We know we say “thank you” after almost every market… but we hope you know how much we truly mean it.

To everyone who stopped by the Stockholm Sovereign Market today, supported Parker Farms & County Bagel Co., tried something new, came back for a favorite, or simply stopped to say hello — thank you.

One of our absolute favorite things is hearing you recommend your favorite products to someone else standing at our table. Hearing things like, “You have to try this peanut butter,” or watching someone bring a friend over to show them something they loved means more to us than we can really put into words.

Those moments make all of the late nights, early mornings, prep work, baking, cooking, bottling, packing, and loading completely worth it.

We’re incredibly grateful that you choose to support what we’re building, and we’ll always do our best to earn that support by doing things the right way — using quality ingredients, putting care into what we make, and never cutting corners.
