This is Smoosh, aka Smooshy Moo, MooMoo, Sir Moo. Moo looovvveeessss the rings from around milk jugs and especially those from herbs. They are HIS and HIS alone. He enjoys playing catch with these but, more so, assuring that his "little buddies" partake in the sustenance he enjoys. Weekly, I disturb his peace, and the peace of those in the household, by relocating his little buddies back to their rightful home, in amongst the hundreds of other kitty toys in the toy box. Within a day, he has relocated the buddies back to the sustenance he vehemently believes they need..in the food bowls and water dishes..
