Oh my! It’s a little warm! So…we harvest early in the morning. The garden is happy & producing gorgeous flowers - best lavender in years! The shop is nice & cool - and well-stocked. Come visit!

Hey y’all - looking forward to sharing Spring Open House with you! This coming Saturday - May 1, from 9-5. You’ll find some wonderful Spring things for your home & garden. And then, since we’re not selling plants this year (it’s our last year) - we’ve decided to put the greenhouse to a different use. We’ve been combing all the buildings for treasures we didn’t want to sell before. So check out the greenhouse sale and stroll the gardens. We’d love to see you! 💕

Dear Farm Friends -
I have a heart-felt three-fold message for you:
1st: Opening Day will be Sat, March 13 - Yay! 🎉 We’ve been very busy with new orders & making the shop Spring-y!
2nd: And (this was inevitable) - 2021 will be our last year. Tears will be shed - sad ones for closing this chapter, but many more happy ones for the joy & blessing you’ve brought to my life! ❤️ It’s been the most amazing 28 years one could ask for. But - us girls are getting older & we need someone younger to take the reins, so...
3rd: Shortly, we will be putting the whole compound up for sale - 60 acres, 3,200 sq ft, 4 bdrm home, the shop, gardens, greenhouse, B&B/wedding facility, & horse barn etc. So please spread the word - someone could take over the business as is - or ... it would make a fantastic winery!
So - there ya go. It was hard to spill the beans, but I hope you’ll understand. Come see us 🌷

Had a great time spending the day at Visit The Farm near Petersburg, if you've never been to this venue, it's worth looking into, a really nice location!
We had an absolute fantastic day capturing Cassandra Johnson and Devin's wedding day!! The weather was forecasting rain most of the day, but Mother Nature had other plans and produced a gorgeous day with a nice breeze and sunshine. They were able to have their outdoor wedding at Visit The Farm near Petersburg, Illinois. Can't wait to see how this film comes out, so stay tuned for updates next week!!
