Little rain update for tomorrow's River Street Market farmers market:

I WILL be there with dahlia bouquets and to-go jars like always but the Bouquet Bars at the Market is going to be rescheduled to a sunnier Saturday(date TBD)!

See you tomorrow for much needed rain and cooler weather shopping local and supporting your local farms 💕

It's dahlia time!

This weekend i'll have some very special dahlia bouquets available at all the normal spots PLUS the august installment of the Bouquet Bars at the Market on Saturday at River Street Market !

Dahlias are one of the most popular cut flowers in the world and while they only last 3-5 days in a vase, they make up for it in their beauty, variety and personality! So be sure to enjoy them while they last and get excited for lots more to come this fall!

This morning's flower harvest for the Chesterfield County Farmers Market tomorrow from 11am-2pm!

I don't know if i could have picked better colors myself, the zinnias are really starting to get going and each one opens to new colors and textures that are like little surprises from nature 😍

I can't wait to put bouquets and jars together to see how they turn out but before that, all of these flowers need to "rest" and condition for a few hours so until then its back to the garden and getting things prepped for fall and winter

The flowers are all ready for you tomorrow at the River Street Market !

I'll have less bouquets than normal but a so many cute little to-go jars full of cute rudbeckias, marigolds, zinnias and textural amaranth and celosia!

I'll also have the first round of fall plants like lettuce, kale and some late summer basil for your fall gardens!
