BIGOS! - Hunter's stew

Bigos, often called Polish Hunter's Stew, is a hearty, traditional Polish dish made from fermented sauerkraut, fresh cabbage, various meats (such as pork, bacon, and sausage), and spices. Known as a national dish of Poland, it is a flavorful, comfort food staple that often features wild mushrooms, prunes, or red wine.
