To say Aaron Bisher and I are proud of these kids would be a major understatement!! 🤩🤩🤩
We were asked last week if we could coach them for the Junior Pitmaster Challenge in San Antonio. Needless to say, we had to have quite a few daily practices leading up to yesterday. 🤣

Each day we met with them, they were 100 percent focused, and soaked up every bit of information we threw at them!

Sorry for the late update, but last weekend I cooked in Buda under the team name Back 2 Basis. So I figured it would only be right for me to update you all on the outcome of the cookoff via video.
