Mesa Jerky is coming to town on December 5th from 5p-8p at Cannonball Brewery's Holiday Market. We will be selling our flagship jerkies::: Bourbon and Alvin's Island Live. Come get some while supplies last!!
** All ingredients are fresh and locally sourced when available
** Our beef cut is eye of round and purchased Edward's Butcher in Wheat Ridge
** Bourbon jerky features a tumbler of Mile High Distillery's Fireside Bourbon. It is well balanced and full of flavor
** Alvin's is packed with flavor and moderate heat, showcasing Alvin's hot sauce from the Virgin Islands

NEW JERKY RELEASE!!!! We are proud to announce that "Alvin's Island Life" is officially making it's way onto the list of Mesa Jerky standards. Those of you who have sampled it can vouch for it's superior flavor and heat.
It's made with a healthy dose of Alvin's hot sauce, a scotch bonnet pepper sauce made locally in the Virgin Islands. Dan and I fell in love with it's rich flavors and lingering heat while visiting friends in St. Thomas. Try it today!
