Being vegan is something she chooses every day, driven by the impact our food choices have on the planet. As we head into warmer weather, we’re excited to open early on the weekends❣️We’ve been quietly testing earlier weekend hours and love what they’ve become. We’ve seen afternoon birthday pours, reading, journaling, young families out on their first adventure, and post-hike meetups. It’s a special kind of energy, and we’re excited to make it official. We’ll be pouring bottles of pét-nat, glasses of ginger & lime, and we’ll have a bunch of ciders in bottles and cans to-go. We’ll see you at 1PM

267 bottles of our first ever PÉT-NAT WILD WISS 🦋💫🌙🌿 It’s important to us to produce cider that is truly minimal intervention and natural. This year, we’re leaning into wild fermentations where we use native yeasts rather than commercial. The process is riskier and more unpredictable, but the outcome is incredible. It’s dry, unfiltered, naturally sparkling, and a true reflection of the wild world. Bottles will be available this weekend — come try it :)

You guysss ☺️ We’re nearly sold out of bottles and cans of EVERY cider. We’re so grateful for this incredible community of ours. While we work on producing and packaging more, stop by the taproom today before we’re fully sold out of to-go options 🫶🏻 Swipe to see the first cans we tested on the canning line—it was definitely a learning curve, but we made it happen and completed our first delivery 🚚

Over the past few years, we’ve spent an INSANE number of hours hand-filling and packaging every single can we’ve sold. We’re excited to share that those days are almost behind us with a major equipment upgrade. An order that used to take us about 8 hours to complete will now take 40 MINUTES. We’ll finally have a steady supply of cans available to-go in the taproom and we’ll be able to further grow our regional distribution. While we get everything up and running, let us know what new flavors you’d like to see and where you’d love to find our cider 🫶🏻

Collabs, pop-ups, new partnerships, and celebrating cider. It’s been a busy season with you all 🫶🏻

We kicked off Philly Cider Week by partnering with for a six-course tasting menu and cider pairing. 📸

We popped up and poured cider at a few of our favorite events — Chestnut Hill Fall for the Arts Festival, Awbury Arboretum Harvest Fest, and Wissahickon Trails Craft Beer by the Creek.

We’re super excited to be partnering with on Tuesday, October 28th for a six-course BBQ tasting menu and cider pairing 🍽️🍾🍎

The tasting menu will reimagine a classic Texas-style BBQ tray with each component deconstructed into small plates and paired with our ciders. Grab your tickets and we’ll see you there 🎟️
