⭐️ New Product Announcement ⭐️

Starting on February 9th we will be replacing Kale for Purple Kohlrabi.

Purple Vienna Kohlrabi microgreens are vibrant, with purple to rose-colored stems and contrasting dark green leaves. The purple of the stem carries up between the cotyledons, and some of the leaves can also be purple-tinged.

The flavor of Kohlrabi is similar to sweet, mild cabbage and the beautiful color combinations make them great garnishes or additions to sandwiches or slaw. Kohlrabi, like almost every microgreen, is great in egg dishes.

Kohlrabi microgreens are very nutritious and contains over 100% of the recommended daily value of Vitamin C. It's also high in Vitamin B6, Folate (B9), Thiamin (B1), potassium, phosphorus, and calcium.

Kohlrabi has the following additional nutritional and disease fighting benefits:

🌟 Down 12 pounds 🌟

I originally started this urban farming for my vegetarian wife who loves her greens 🥬. Little did I know how much impact it would have on my own health and well-being. We always have fresh greens in our fridge and I have made it a conscious effort to eat what I have produced and it’s starting to really pay off.

I haven’t exercised much in the month of December, but I still managed to lose 12lbs because I have been eating more greens.

Above is a picture of my cheat meal. Grilled chicken, grilled shrimp on a bed of microgreens: Pea shoots, Broccoli, Kale, Swiss chard, cabbage, and tomatoes.

🌟 Quick announcement 🌟

We have decided to partner with a local chicken farmer. Yup, these are the best eggs that I have ever eatin, fresh organic free range chicken eggs. The yolks are a bright yellow. My friend Loc has over 300 chickens locally and guess who helps feed those chickens? Yup you guessed it, we do! So the chickens eat the same greens 🥬 and nutrients that you’re eating.
