I’m not sure who needs to read this, but this experience made me think about trials that we all face at times. I think when you are in the thick of it, it is hard to see anything beautiful. But just remember this too shall pass.

The storm was scary, glad that everyone was safe, it’s a reminder that we all face storms in life. When we’re amidst the chaos, it can feel like it will last forever.

For anyone that we know currently navigating tough times, please know that we love you 😘 and are keeping you in our prayers and 🙏🏾thoughts and wishing you a beautiful day ahead.

Our entire summer has come and gone and without a single vacay and very few date nights out. Mostly because the way our budget has been.🥹 Also we dedicated the whole summer season to working, working and more working 😩😩.

We’ve been so busy we haven’t had time for anything. In fact, we were so focused on working that we almost forgot about this upcoming concert we had planned months ago.

This old school concert has been our summer’s grand finale for ages! Attending Lady B’s Basement party jam felt like we were two high schoolers kids with permission from our parents to stay out past curfew, singing our favorite teenage tunes until our voices cracked.

A time was had. These old folks needed. It was a good reminder of why getting out and taking a breather is absolutely essential!

One important aspect I overlooked about us during this interview, I forgot to mention the importance of having fun. Cherish all the funnymoments with your partner! Don’t take yourself too seriously; I genuinely appreciate this facet of our relationship. I never want to be so serious that I forget to laugh at myself and at him. Be yourself please.🤪😋😜
