Another comforting homemade meal today! 😍🍚

I cooked Bangladeshi shutki curry with sweet potato — spicy, aromatic, and full of that bold dried-fish flavor that tastes absolutely amazing with hot white rice. 🌶️🐟🍠

Alongside it, I made cabbage fry with shrimp, which adds the perfect savory and slightly sweet balance to the meal. 🍤🥬

Today’s plate:

Simple desi food, strong flavors, and pure comfort!

Today’s homemade menu turned out so good! 😍🍛

I made a spicy chicken curry with potatoes, rich and flavorful, and it goes perfectly with paratha, roti, white rice, or pulao.

I also cooked Pakistani-style chana, which is one of those dishes that tastes amazing with both paratha and rice.

And finally, cabbage fry with shrimp — simple, comforting, and seriously delicious, especially with hot white rice or roti. 🍤🥬

So today’s plate is basically:
Spicy Chicken Curry with Potato + Pakistani Chana + Shrimp Cabbage Fry 🤤❤️

Nothing beats a good homemade desi meal!

Spicy Country Chicken Curry 🍗🌶️

A rich, comforting curry made with country chicken and simple aromatic spices — perfect with a bowl of hot steamed rice.

Ingredients:
Country chicken, onion, ginger-garlic paste, bay leaf, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, oil, salt, and water.

Method:
Fry the onions until lightly golden, then add ginger-garlic paste and the whole spices. Add chili powder, turmeric, coriander, and cumin with a little water, and cook the masala until the oil starts to separate. Add the chicken and cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Once the chicken is well coated and cooked down, add water and simmer until the meat is tender and the curry reaches your desired consistency.

Serve hot with steamed rice. So simple, spicy, and delicious! 🌶️🍚

Your sign to stop just coating your dry hair and actually start fixing it 🤫✨

Most hair oils just sit on top of your strands to make them look shiny, but Olaplex No. 7 actually goes INSIDE to glue those broken bonds back together. Think of it like snapping the broken rungs of a ladder back into place.

Plus, it protects up to 450°F so you can style without the guilt. 🤌🔥
