Additionally, I also host in-home meals and teach classes in my cozy home in San Fernando Valley. From luscious desserts like Baklava and Knafeh, to delicious appetizers like Hummus to main entrées such as Shawarma, Stuffed Chicken and Kabsah, I ensure every hearty meal touches your palate differently.

Today I turn 59.

This past year was full of unforgettable moments—Rajai and Sophia’s beautiful wedding in Spain was the highlight. I also made a spontaneous trip to Jordan for Easter, where—after 15 years apart—my whole family gathered again. I even got to see Petra, Wadi Rum, and swim in the Red Sea in Aqaba.

Life isn’t slowing down, and neither am I. I came to the U.S. at 43, graduated at 50, and built my business with my own two hands—one idea, one order, one prayer at a time. I work nonstop, but it’s the kind of work that fills me—with purpose, creativity, and connection.

I’m thankful for my health, my family, my friends, the chance to grow, to love, to believe, and to build a life that feels deeply mine.

59—I see you. I’m going to enjoy every single minute before you hand me over to 60!
