Soft launch update: Because apparently “are you open?” is our new love language.
We opened the bar quietly two weeks ago with drinks, snacks, and a healthy amount of “are we really doing this?” energy.
Our chef is freshly back from their honeymoon and already in the trenches testing the big stuff: prime rib, duck confit, sea bass, fresh breads, pastas, and so much more...
May = walk-ins only while we train, tweak, taste, listen—panic mildly— and try to get it right.
