We're excited to announce that we're now carrying gorgeous specialty mushrooms from . They grow their mushrooms in Spring City, Chester County. Pictured here is a cluster of King Trumpet mushrooms which have a nice nuttiness that comes out once cooked with a flavor like abalone. These are best sauteed, grilled or steamed. They make a wonderful addition to meat, fish, soup and pasta dishes, and make an excellent meat-replacement.

And important to note, the big stems have the same great flavor as the caps. We'll be sharing photos of all the mushrooms we'll be carrying soon enough...
