She fashions most of her recipes from scratch and is an expert at crafting a variety of international cuisines, beverages and desserts. Her first love is flavors of the Caribbean and she creates all of her own seasonings, including curry and jerk. Her many fresh and innovative seasoning blends can only be described as breathtaking! The founder is a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), a Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP), and a member of Healthcare Catering International (HCI). She is committed to introducing you to unique and delightful flavors of the world.
