Anderton Cattle Co. We breed show livestock. We concentrate our business especially on 4-H members who want a really nice show animal for a reasonable price.

We are currently providing show calves and Canadian Horse collections.

Man it’s hard getting rid of some of our OG mamas but when you keep too many heifers you have to start making the hard decisions. We are going to miss Lucy but it makes it a little easier when you sell for the top dollar! Not only does it make it worth it financially but also is more promising that hopefully she went to a good farm to breed and make them some nice babies too:)

Well Queen did not have twins in there or fake her belly, she in fact had that big of a calf in there! We always try to breed in a way that is safe for each cow. In this case we went with the #1 calving ease bull and yet it still didn’t work in Queen’s favor. She was quite the trooper through it all! Although she gave us a very large bull calf that also tried all he could and despite all we could do as well he didn’t end up making it. As much as some days on the farm suck we have to remember all the blessings too. We have a ton of healthy calves and we still have Queen❤️ thank you Rogers Vet Services for the great work at keeping our girl safe and delivering the boy as quickly as possible!

Anyone looking for a nice cow to add to their herd? Snow White is 6 this year and has given us some really amazing calves including our herd bull Ink and her replacement heifer, Queen❤️ she is a joy to have on the farm and if the cows get out she’s the one that puts herself away. She will be going to the auction this week or next but if someone is looking she is a good one❤️ *calf is her half sister not her calf* message for questions or photos of calves:)
