Aaron Michael's Concessions is a mobile food business that brings the famous Art's Seafood taste to festivals, events, and venues across the country. Started in 1954 by Arthur Williamson, Art’s Seafood was a landmark in the East Cleveland area for a number of years. It was place that served good food, had a great atmosphere and provided a social outlet to a number of Cleveland’s professionals. Tha

t landmark was Art’s Seafood –signature recipes, signature red awning and location at Euclid and Belvior. Aaron Bishop carried on the tradition of Art's Seafood by opening several carryout locations in the Cleveland area. He grew up in Art's when it was located on Euclid where his grandfather was part-owner. With access to recipes and inherited culinary passion, Aaron Bishop is a both a natural entrepreneur and the natural successor of the Art’s Seafood legacy. A graduate of Twinsburg High School, Aaron went to University of Akron where he majored in Business Administration. Today, Aaron is the father of four children. Aaron carries the legacy of Art’s Seafood by continuing the ideas of his grandfather. He has found a way to get Art's unique cuisine to the masses through his mobile food business which utilized a pop-up restaurant strategy, making it ideal for festivals, events, and various venues across the country.
