This is my absolute favorite way to make granola (the rest of the recipe is great too! 😉) I substitute vegan butter, maple sugar, brown sugar, and add pistachios, h**p seeds, & almonds. Don’t forget to sprinkle in some fleur de sel when it’s done! It is unreal!
