🥚Scotch Eggs using Impossible Savory Sausage!
Impossible Foods] does it again with their plant based sausage that comes in both “savory” & “spicy” tubes found in your grocers freezer or meat dept. It was incredible!
📝RECIPE📝
1 14oz. tube of Impossible Foods] savory sausage
1 tbs of minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
4 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten with a splash of Red Hot (this will not amp the heat but add great flavor!)
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Pre-heat oven to 400°F. In large bowl, mix sausage, garlic and salt. Shape mixture into 4 equal flat pattys, enough to wrap around 1 egg

Put egg onto sausage patty and shape sausage around egg. Dip each into flour, then beaten eggs, and coat with bread crumbs to cover completely. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 30-40 minutes or until sausage is thoroughly cooked
4️⃣
Serve over a bed a greens and with your favorite dipping sauce, or on its own! Enjoy!
