Coffee from the percolator has such a taste of home! What's your favorite coffee making device? I have a k cup, regular coffee pot and a percolator the percolator is my favorite! We also have started making our own creamers this winter day gave us some time to get down and get things stocked up because lately we have been buying a lot from stores and we are working on completely transitioning away from grocery chains!

First and foremost I can't be more thankful for this young man I get to call son! Proud is an understatement he has far exceeded any wish I requested before he was born he is kind, generous, gracious and humble! I'm proud of you son I couldn't have asked for a better first born son! You came into my life when I needed you the most! May this world give you everything you deserve and if it doesn't I have a few mockingbirds in my closet because momma is your fierce protector and I shall always be!

I didn’t just fall in love with any man many moons ago.
I fell in love with steady hands that can build and fix anything.
I fell in love with the quiet strength that holds me when I’m falling apart and never makes me feel like a burden.
I fell in love with the one who works long days and still comes home and twirls our kids around the kitchen while dinner simmers on the stove.
I fell in love with the one who never laughs at my big dreams—he builds them with me.

One day, I know our kids will look back on this life we’re creating and say,
“Daddy gave life to Mama’s dreams always without hesitation.”

Because he did.
He still does.
Every single day.

He doesn’t need to be loud about it.
He just shows up, with his sleeves rolled up, love in his eyes, and a heart that beats in rhythm with mine.
And because of him, this house is full of warmth.
And I am full of gratitude.
