I found this on another page. It's a great little resource for figuring out how to use honey in your next recipe in place of sugar.

If your measurements don't match one in the picture, multiplying your sugar amount by 0.75 should give a good approximation.

Of course when changing a recipe,or doing anything new, testing and adjusting make things better!
