Pierceton Days 2027 — Save the Date!

It feels a little crazy to already be talking about next year, but planning has officially started!

Pierceton Days Festival will be August 6–7, 2027, and we're heading back to our traditional first weekend in August.
We moved the festival to July this year to give us some space from the Tomato Festival, but between feedback from our vendors and comments from those who attended, we heard pretty loud and clear that a lot of you wanted us back in August. So August it is!
And if the flyer doesn't give it away, we're going Country/Western for 2027!

Food Truck Friday will be back with live music both days, and for 2027 we're opening Friday night up to ALL vendors, not just food vendors.

Our dedicated kids area will be back, and we're already working on some additions. I have my eye on an inflatable bull because obviously we need one with a Western theme.

We're also planning to spread our food and drink vendors throughout more areas of the festival. We'll still have our traditional food vendor area next to The Post, but we're planning for some options down by the car show at the church and some on the other side of the tracks by the kids area too.

Our rescheduled car show at First Baptist Church of Pierceton had a fantastic turnout this year, so we'll be back at the church for the 2027 car show! The car show will be Saturday, August 7.

There's a LOT more to come between now and August, but for now, get August 6–7, 2027 on your calendar!

Vendors, food trucks, organizations and anyone else who wants to be part of the festival: I'm starting to reach out now. If you don't have an email from me and would like to join us, please reach out so I can get you more information and make sure you're on my list.

We also had a lot of people reach out after this year's festival wanting to volunteer for 2027, and we definitely have a need for you! If you'd like to volunteer—even if it's only for a few hours—please reach out now so I can start putting together an ongoing contact list and keep everyone updated as we get closer.

First and foremost, thank you First Baptist Church of Pierceton. We are so thankful to use your parking lot, yard and electricity. We cannot thank you enough Heirloom Tomato Festival either for allowing us to rain check our original car show date to join your festival. We also couldn't have done this without the small team we have. And the friends and family that shows up to help us without fail. Pierceton we thank you for hanging in with us through a new location, some strong winds, and a lot of hot sun. We had a fantastic turnout and a lot of fun. Great music, great cars/ trucks /bikes and great people ❤️

🚘 Our Pierceton Days Car & Bike show was rescheduled due to weather! Mark your calendars for August 22nd! We will have it during the Heirloom Tomato Festival which should be really fun!!!

Show will be 12pm - 5pm with awards at 5pm

Heirloom Tomato Festival

We've received quite a few questions about why SR 13 wasn't closed during this year's Pierceton Days Festival, so we wanted to provide some clarification.

Based on the information we received while planning, closing SR13 would have added several thousand dollars in costs, which wasn't in this year's budget. So we kept SR 13 open and briefly pause traffic only while the parade crossed.

We know a full road closure would make for an even better festival experience. Our hope is to make that happen in the future—not only for the parade, but also so we can bring the car show back onto SR 13.

Pierceton Days is made possible entirely through local sponsors, volunteers, and community support. If you'd like to help us reach that goal for next year's festival, we would gladly accept donations designated specifically toward the SR 13 road closure fund.

We also welcome volunteers and feedback. We're committed to being transparent, and if you ever have questions about how decisions are made or where funding goes, we're always happy to talk.

Thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, sponsored, and supported this year's Pierceton Days Festival. We appreciate you all and are already looking forward to making next year even better.
