✨ A Chapter Closes… With Gratitude ✨

I’ve decided to close La Galette Nomad.

What started as a dream — sharing a piece of France through warm crêpes and sweet moments — became so much more. It became community. It became conversations at the window. It became children’s smiles, late-night events, long hot days, and unforgettable memories.

To every person who stood in line, booked the truck, shared a post, told a friend, encouraged me when I was exhausted, or simply believed in me — thank you. Truly.

Your support meant more than you know.

Building this business taught me resilience, courage, humility, and strength. It showed me what I am capable of. And for that, I am forever grateful.

This is not an ending — it is an evolution.
New creative chapters are already unfolding.
