Meet the Brains Behind the Grains ๐ŸŒพ

Stuart Lerwick (middle), our CEO, is a 5th-generation farmer and UW student studying accounting and finance. He leads with a lifetime of farming experience and a vision for bringing flour production back to Wyoming.

JD Corson (right), our CCO, is a 5th-generation rancher and second-year law student. He manages regulatory and risk management, ensuring Cowboy Country Milling is built on a strong and honest foundation.

Emily Jarrell (left), our CMO, is a Venture MBA candidate at UW, focused on creating a household brand and sharing the heart of Cowboy Country Milling not only regionally, but nationally.

Together, weโ€™re more than a company, weโ€™re three hardworking UW students striving to keep value in our state and deliver flour you can trust.

We're Rolling! First Flour Run in Progress ๐ŸŒพ

We've been hard at work and are in the process of producing our first batch of bread flour๐Ÿฅ– over 14,000 pounds of Wyoming-grown wheat, milled with the help of K-State's milling program!

While we don't have our own mill just yet, partnering with K-State allows us to start building our customer base and generate revenue-so we can bring flour milling home to Wyoming in the near future. We'll be selling soon, so if you run a bakery or know someone who might be interested, shoot us a message!๐Ÿค
