The Cottage Hens will be there tonight and we’re bringing along all kinds of eggs, goods & gathered things!

We’ve had SO much fun doing these nights this summer, meeting you, chatting with you and watching you take our goodies home.

Fresh eggs are available! 🥚

Our girls are a little spoiled… and we wouldn’t have it any other way. They spend their days free-ranging over 12 acres, scratching, pecking, chasing bugs, and soaking up the sunshine.

Happy, spoiled hens lay the best eggs, and we think you can taste the difference. ❤️

If anyone needs a tutorial on how not to spatchcock a chicken, I’m apparently your girl. 😂

I cut the wrong side, stared at it for a solid minute, and then just committed to the chaos.

Good news… the Weber grill didn’t judge me. 🔥 It turned out juicy, crispy, and absolutely delicious!

So if you accidentally spatchcock your chicken backwards… don’t panic. Apparently, the Weber has your back. 🐔😂
