First I want to say HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY and THANK YOU to all the military members and their families that have given their life to keep us safe in this great country. Your sacrifice is not forgotten and never will be!
We are not open today due to Memorial Day and a very busy next couple weeks. I wanted to hop on here and do a quick update. I have not been posting schedules much on here because we have a set in stone contract during the week at a new business in the area. We are very busy with this business so have not been doing any “pop up” spots during the week. Meaning we haven’t been randomly going around to stores and setting up. This doesn’t mean we will not do any “pop ups”, if we do one it will be posted online. On Saturday’s we have had events book for the past 2 months and future months are are already booking up on Saturdays. Some Saturday’s like this coming Saturday and the following Saturday we have an event in the morning until 1 and then an event at 3 until 10pm so we have been very busy on this end. Sundays we usually take off to recharge, go to church and family time. Rockin & Rollin food truck that I have spoke about in the past is just waiting for her inspection. The way the state works with food trucks is July 1st of every year you get inspected. It doesn’t matter if we took her last month or June 30th to get inspected, we would still have to turn around and get inspected again on July 1st so we decided to just wait until July 1st to get this done. She is chomping at the bit to serve and wow our customers. We also got a new POS system to make orders as fast as possible and now have the option of online QR code ordering where you can scan a QR code that we will have on the truck and available for customers to have to be able to go to our online ordering website to order, pay and order will go straight to our kitchen display system to be prepared. You will then receive a text when order is complete. We also implemented a loyalty program for customers to receive free items or percentages off of tickets when points are reached. Lots of changes and upgrades as I spoke about earlier in the year. We would like to thank everyone that supports us and hope you all have a blessed week!
