Traditionally, we try to stick farm animals over on the homestead, but more times than you would think the song birds become friends. Like this little baby blue jay we had to save from our serial killer cat when it was learning to fly. I like to think I’m in my Disney princess era. 👸

It did get back to its momma and daddy who hadn’t gone far off. ❤️
