Front Porch Lionheads

I am a member of ARBA and NALRC. I currently have mainly torts and REWs and blacks.

Front Porch Lionheads is an ARBA registered micro rabbitry that is actively working towards the goal of raising show quality Lionheads with excellent temperaments.

Four healthy babies arrived last night! Mulberry seems to be taking everything in stride and did a splendid job. Her mother and grandmother were also solid dependable mothers for me. This line is one of my favorites in my herd. So excited to see how they develop.

GC Lavender Fields Showbiz x GC Front Porch Mulberry Blossom (both black torts) - Mulberry’s sire is Lavender Fields Photo Shock who is a grandson of Showbiz so a little bit of line breeding here.

It’s Nest Box Time!!

I know it’s a little hard to see but GC Front Porch Mulberry Blossom is emptying her hay feeder into her nest box. She is a first timer so I am trying to keep my expectations realistic. She is one of my best does that was born in 2025. She earned about 12 or so legs. She was shown at nationals as an older junior and was 6th out of 36. She was still earning BOBs at 10/11 months when I retired her. She definitely blossomed closer to being a senior so perhaps her babies could work for nationals in 2027. We shall see. She is bred to GC Lavender Fields Showbiz.

My next show is October 10 in Georgetown, IL. I have a smoke pearl buck and a black tort buck who could travel. Discount for youth.

UPDATE - Got him out last night and he is maturing in a good way!
Smoke Pearl Buck
Born 7/15/26
Suitable for a pet or for show, he is from good show lines.
Sweet Personality
Pedigreed
Could bring to the Georgetown, IL show on 10/10
*He has nice small ears, nice short front limbs and is wide through his hindquarters with a short round body. He looks like he will have dense wool. I would fault him for not being as full to the table as I would like.
Message me for more info or with any questions.

Please come show lionheads with me in Wabash, Indiana on September 26! Lionheads are sanctioned and you can show 3x. A couple people who were going to come can no longer make it so I really need someone to show with. 😂. There is a flyer just a little below on my page Front Porch Lionheads.

Here is a picture of one my new rabbits, Di’s Litt’l Angels Millie (REW) Sr doe. I absolutely love her and her sweet personality is icing on the cake
