Do you know how ice cream tacos are made? It's a very simple process - first we make a fresh waffle cone and fold it into the shape of a taco shell. Then we leave them on the counter overnight and the taco fairies sneak out of hiding and fill them with fresh ice cream before smoothing them flat so we can dip them in chocolate and roll them in crunchy bits when we arrive in the morning.
