I know I've been gone for a while everyone, but I'm back!!! 😀 I apologize to all of you who love seeing updates, but personal reasons have kept me very busy lately. I'm so glad to be back at it, and to kick things off again, I have a party you won't want to miss! This holiday season, I am hosting a fundraising party in honor of my dad, who we lost amid the holidays four years ago.

Cancer is a terrible disease, but the folks at UPMC Hillman Cancer Centers made this impossible transition in life a little bit easier by showing love and compassion to both my father and my family.

This is why I am asking you to join me this holiday season to have some holiday fun from the comfort of your couch, and raise some money for a fantastic cause!

I know it's been a while my loves, but there have been a lot of life changes for me lately, and I just haven't had the time to be as involved as I usually am. BUT.....I wanted to show you what's for dinner tonight! Super easy and super delicious! What are you all having this lovely Saturday?

Parmesan crusted pork chops with stuffing:

1 pack boneless pork chops
2 packs stove top stuffing mix
Parmesan cheese
Butter
Water

Empty two bags of stuffing mix into the baking dish and mix with water until all stuffing has been moistened. Place pats of butter periodically on top of stuffing. Lay out pork chops on top of stuffing. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake until golden brown.
