2 YEARS AGO TODAY! Two crazy burnt out chefs with a dream and a death wish dove head first into business ownership. We knew it was gonna be difficult, and we knew it was finally time - what we didn’t know was we were actually starting a family! So many amazing friends, loves, business owners, collaborators, confidants, peers, inspirations, stories and legends we’d come to meet, and to feed. To everyone that has pulled a shift as a member of staff, you are in our hearts forever. These boys have moved mountains to make the impossible happen every week, and we will always be fam. To every customer, supporter, regular - you have made our lives truly greater, fuller and complete. Keep coming back and growing with us, you cheering us on has been the driving force behind our success.

To anyone still waiting to try the food, wtf are you doing?

We have accomplished so much in 24 months.
We are truly grateful.
We aren’t even close to done yet.

ASMR on the final slide. Volume UP! We are done sitting fish season out you guys, Starting today we are turning up the heat on Fridays at - using their amazing amber lager we’ve made the most incredible fish sandwiches. In house only, limited supply. We will run them every weekend until they sell out. High quality wild cod, no chemicals, no bu****it. Lemon Pepper dill sauce, shredded lettuce. your choice of cheese +$1. $12. Enjoy it on a Friday with $6 velum beers all night. These will sell out. Don’t miss. We sure don’t 😉🖤

Due to the ice and snow banks in Bloomfield, we will unfortunately not be this evening. BUT DON’T FRET. Tom + Brian are making a special Monday trip to - WINDOW IS OPEN NOW! - so come see us 4pm-10pm tonight for an extra bonus day of Southside Service. 🖤

This winter has been downright brutal for so many, for so many reasons. Our crew has been working harder than ever to continue to support both our staff and also our efforts through the “Pay it Forward” program to provide hot meals to almost 2000 people in need this past year. This work is more important than ever now. At our core we are a unit comprised of people, that frankly society had written off - chasing a dream together against all odds. This in its purest form is what it means to be American, this land built on dreams like this one, built by people from all corners of the globe, that make this country both home, and a launchpad for their dreams. These days don’t feel like that America. And while we stand up with our brothers and sisters against tyranny, and in protest to protect our constitutional rights as a nation - we simply cannot afford to close today. We urge that you support small businesses like ours in your communities, everyone knows someone chasing a dream, your local artists, DJs, entrepreneurs, makers, bartenders, HUMANS. It’s going to take a village, it’s going to take all of us. So for those protesting today, consider supporting the third spaces, the second families and the people that make this city and this country special to you. Grab a drink or some food and pay cash, support service industry and arts industry homies today, pay cash, share a post. Highlight the people that against all odds and regardless of the headlines, choose to show up to provide unique and essential services in our communities. Stay safe, we love you all 🖤
