We at Keystone Cue have severed all ties with Taylor Farms as a supplier. We were still using one of their products, Jalapeños, (I use them in bulk in our smoked sausage & cornbread) but will no longer be doing so. Too much risk involved. I’m urging every restaurant and food purveyor who is still using them, stop. And stop now.

Last week the City of Buckhannon WV, and WV Wesleyan University were hit with a catastrophic flood. Relief efforts are underway, and if you’d like to help out visit the city page linked in the this post. All offers have to be coordinated though the office of emergency management. The Road Dawgz will be providing free meals, and we will be assisting (hopefully) with the effort beginning August 10th. Also to donate to the Central Appalachia Region fo the Red Cross, follow the link in this post.

Food truck operations today in Altoona, Pittsburgh, and Youngstown are suspended due to air quality. Our booth at Picklesburgh is closed until further notice as are all outdoor PA events. Indoor events are proceeding as scheduled. Please stay inside if you can. -Chef Joe.

Hey y’all! Due to the extreme heat this week on the east coast, all food trucks & tents will not be operating from Tuesday June 30 - Friday July 3rd. If you have a pre purchased order for Ribs, Burgers, Fish & Chips, or wood fired pizza, those purchases will be honored beginning July 5th. Stay safe in the heat! And hydrate! Regular catering is operating as normal.
