Canning chicken is such an easy way to add to your food storage. About 2lbs of chunked chicken fits in a quart mason jar. That’s enough to add a quick protein to a pasta or rice dish for our family. It comes out really tender. Add whatever seasonings you’d like or leave it plain to flavor later. I added 1/2 each or salt, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
