Today, we turned over 8 lbs of foraged wild berries and raw local spring honey into a strong decoction of elderberry infused honey! Stay tuned to see what other wildcrafted medicinal herbs we plan on adding to this medicine. No skimping on ingredients. And yes, we will be selling the final product very soon. Along with a handful of other fall/winter health prep.

We are rapidly getting more and more requests for fresh chickens and having a hard time keeping up! In an attempt to keep everyone supplied, all future orders need to be on a deposit basis. The next round of meat chix will be ready around june 14th. Anyone who wants to reserve birds, email or message us. For all new customers, whole birds are raised to 3 & 1/2 -5lbs each. At 4$ per lb. All birds are raised in true free range settings, and supplimented with non-gmo feed. All birds are raised and processed on site. The more preorders we get, the more efficient we can be in fulfilling demands. Thanks for all the recent support! Buy local, buy ethical, and keep safe!

The fireball in the sky got us thinking spring... a new sour starts pouring today. Shout out to our good friend Chad at Peas and Quiet Farms for the Pawpaw: . . . .
Fruited Kettle Sour (FKS v1.0) – 4.3%
A simple Berliner Weiss with 2row and wheat for a nice wheaty base. The acidity from the lactobacillus blend used during the kettle sour is light but certainly present. After fermentation version 1.0 was cold conditioned on an absurd amount of Curuba (banana passionfruit) and a little locally sourced Pawpaw.
