Leah Cutshall did a fantastic job on this year’s featured Vegan Gingerbread house, for the annual competition by Pittsburgh Vegan Expo!

We are mind-blown to know that this is the first gingerbread house built by Leah Cutshall!! What?!
Not only her first, but it’s all-vegan. Leah made the gingerbread homemade, using molasses, and making her own homemade sugar glue to hold it all together. It’s designed after an old victorian farmhouse, using drafting measurements. It took hours to create this house, section by section.

Thank you so much to Helltown Taproom Strip District, for hosting the 2025 annual holiday party by Pittsburgh Vegan Expo (tonight was Witchy Winter Wonderland). Thank you so much to Leah, for taking lots of your time to design this gorgeous house, and for making our event more special.
