A gentle reminder for whoever needs it today🩷

When you think about your kids, your parents, the business or anything else- you name it. Just remember that change doesn’t always have to come from the thing itself. Sometimes, what really needs to change is the environment around it, the fit, the approach, or simply the way we look at it.

The part people don’t see when they get their microgreens packaged…

Before they arrive on a plate or wrapped in a box, they’re a gorgeous tiny forest.

What incredible freshness looks like.
We sent off this custom order to a chef this week. The sight of these vibrant microgreens all packed together like this is so beautiful and satisfying. It has us thinking hard about making them a regular product at the farm. What do you think?

Every time I’m invited to lead one of my workshops, I feel that same excitement all over again.

Meeting incredible women who are curious to learn something new something simple that can truly upgrade their health, their kitchen experience, and even show them that you don’t need a green thumb at all to succeed.

In just 10 days, they’re growing this powerful superfood right in their own kitchen, turning everyday meals into nourishing, chef-inspired plates with almost no effort.

Each time, I’m grateful for the opportunity to share this basic and essential skill the ability to grow our own food for ourselves and for the people we love. To nourish them, and to reconnect with something so fundamental growing clean, high-quality, truly nourishing food with our own hands.

Knowing where our food comes from is essential when we care about our health and want to improve it. 🌱

New year, new farm favorites.
After the flowers, meet our newest star: Lupine Microgreens 🌱

They look like tiny pieces of art on the plate, with beautiful star shaped leaves that chefs instantly fall in love with. The flavor is a pleasant surprise, fresh, clean, and crisp, just like cucumber. Kids love the gentle crunch and that little “pop” with every bite.

Small but mighty, lupine microgreens are packed with plant based protein, fiber, and vitamins. Pretty, delicious, and genuinely good for you, this one is officially a permanent part of our farm menu.

Well… we kept a little secret from you 🤍
And we can’t wait to share it with you.
We’ve been quietly working behind the scenes on a little surprise 🌸
After months of preparation, fine-tuning, and careful adjustments at the farm,
we’re excited to share that we now offer edible flowers as well.

Obviously, everything is fully organic as you know us.
The same quality, the same care, with a beautiful new touch.
