A New Chapter for Lilacs & Lemons

Effective September 1, Lilacs & Lemons Farmhouse Bakery closed its full-service bakery operations. Rising ingredient, packaging and shipping costs, combined with changing customer ordering habits, made the traditional bakery model increasingly difficult to sustain.
Rather than simply closing the doors, we decided to take everything we learned from years of baking and build something new.

We are excited to share that we merged our Design Business (Parlour Creations) with other Small Businesses, and the Bakery and have opened as the owners of Flour & Foundry Mercantile Co!

Flour & Foundry represents the next chapter of our family business. Instead of operating a traditional full-service bakery, we are focusing on products that can be enjoyed at home—including our bakery mixes, chocolates and specialty provisions, along with carefully selected mercantile goods.

Lilacs & Lemons will continue as the bakery behind these products, with select items available exclusively through Flour & Foundry.
This change allows us to keep operating while controlling costs and gives our customers the opportunity to recreate some of their favorite Lilacs & Lemons baked goods in their own kitchens.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported Lilacs & Lemons throughout the years. We hope you'll follow us into this next chapter at Flour & Foundry Mercantile Co.

All online orders are now available at Flour & Foundry Mercantile Co..
