🦪🍹 The Loft Raw Bar & Seafood Lounge — Bar Harbor, Maine

Couldn’t pass up happy hour oysters in Bar Harbor! We grabbed 10 from their local selection and tried BH Blonde, Mount Desert Island, Unicorn, Winter Point & Cranberry oysters. 🦪

We also split the bruschetta flatbread and had two Painkillers to wash it all down. 🍹

Fresh local oysters + cocktails in Bar Harbor… hard to beat!

🎢🍫 Hersheypark Amusement Park — Hershey, PA

We had an absolute BLAST at Hersheypark! There’s seriously so much to do — tons of rides and roller coasters, family attractions, games, food, and of course chocolate everywhere. 🍫😂

It’s a huge park, so be ready for a full day and A LOT of walking, but there’s something for pretty much everyone. We packed as much as we could into our day and had such a good time.

If you’re thinking about making the trip to Hershey, PA, Hersheypark is definitely worth it! 🎢🙌

Stopped in Sunday morning and tried the Banana Boat Donut, and honestly it was one of the best donuts we’ve had all year! 🍌🍩

We also grabbed a Cherry Lime Fizz Refresher, which was really good and went perfectly with it.

Definitely a spot we’ll be stopping at again!

Stopped into Saga Fusion and tried the Red Sox Roll and Beauty & the Beast Roll, along with their Money Bags (crab rangoons), which were SO good!

We also grabbed a side of hibachi noodles — those were just okay — but the Scorpion Bowl for 2 was excellent and definitely a highlight. 🍹🔥

Good sushi, great drinks, and those Money Bags are worth ordering again!

🌊🍝 Venezia Restaurant Boston

Tried Venezia for Dine Out Boston and this one was a hit! We had an amazing table right on the water and spent the night watching the planes come and go. ✈️

We started with two rounds of oysters (they were THAT good), bread & oil, mussels scampi and an iceberg wedge. For dinner, the porcini ravioli were excellent, and my surf & turf skewers with Parmesan risotto were cooked perfectly.

Drinks included a Blueberry Bourbon Smash, Margarita Colada, Tropical Margarita, Stella and, of course, an Espresso Martini. 🍸 We finished with molten lava cake and tiramisu.

Great food, great drinks, incredible waterfront views and an awesome overall experience. 100% coming back.

🍕 Lynwood Cafe Randolph, MA

Just happened to be in the area today and had to finally try the legendary Lynwood Café, famous for its old-school South Shore bar pizza!

Picked up four pizzas for the family and went with a good mix: Bean Special, linguiça, pepper & onion, cheese, and banana pepper & pineapple — all laced around the edges. 🔥🍕

Definitely understand why this place has been a South Shore pizza institution for so long.

🥩 LongHorn Steakhouse

We started with the spinach dip, warm bread and butter, French onion soup, and a couple of margaritas.

For dinner, we had Flo’s Filet with shrimp and Brussels sprouts, plus the Parmesan-Crusted Chicken with mac and cheese.

Everything was rich, filling, and exactly what you want from a steakhouse meal. The filet and Parmesan-crusted chicken were the standouts.
