We are looking for people willing to help us in vine pruning. Our plan is to be at the vineyard each weekend starting 8 am(weather permitting). Any help would be greatly appreciated . As our family is getting ready for new adventure with Whitetail Vineyards we just need a little bit of help in taking our first steps. If you are interested and would like to earn some cash please text Paul at 224-436-3682 with your availability so we can plan accordingly.
Warm coffee and doughnuts will be provided.

Great day in the vineyard.

The vines are looking good. Working on combing, cluster thinning, and leaf thinning so the berries can enjoy the sunshine and good air flow.

Busy weekend at the vineyard combing vines. We also took a drive to visit Trout Springs Winery and Parallel 44. Found a map of our AVA and noticed that our vineyard shows up.

They are growing so fast this year. I think they like the warm weather.

Expanding the vineyard

Not a bad day to pick icewine grapes today. We have 12 rows to go. Please meet us at the vineyard tomorrow at 9:30 to finish up. Great way to bring in the new year!🍷🍇🥂⛄🐧

What a weekend. We got so much work done. Tom is putting together a pig roaster. I was able to work on the wagon. Totes are all cleaned up and ready for grapes. Today I took grapes samples check sugar levels and pH.
