Portia Picnic Lineup & Information

Pre-sale carnival armbands will be available at Portia City Hall for $22 each. Armbands purchased at the fairgrounds during the picnic will cost $28.

Each armband is good for one day of carnival rides and may be used on any day of the event. Cash only.

Pre-sale Hours

* May 14–15: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
* May 18–21: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Please note: Once armbands are sold out, no additional ones will be available.

Picnic begins at 5:00 PM
Vendors may begin setup at 3:00 PM
Fire department BBQ sales begin at 5pm-10pm

Friday, May 22

Picnic begins at 5:00 PM

Fire department BBQ sales begin at 5pm-10pm

Saturday, May 23

Fire Department BBQ sales begin at 11:00 AM
Pageant begins at 11:00 AM
Pageant pre-registration will be held from 10:30 AM – 10:55 AM

Ride Information

Armbands are valid for one-time use each night
Tickets are $2 each
Most rides require 3 or more tickets
Ticket packages will be available for purchase on the grounds
