Meet Arthur, the master winemaker behind the magic here at Heidrun Meadery. 🥂

While traditionally used for still wines, Arthur applies the precise, time-honored méthode champenoise to an entirely different canvas: pure, botanical honey. It takes an incredible amount of patience, technical precision, and a deep understanding of how different honey varietals ferment to create a sparkling mead this crisp and dry.

Every bottle you cork open is a reflection of his and Gordon's dedication to the craft and their respect for the extraordinary work of our honeybees.

He is hand riddling our batch of Sonoma Mountain this afternoon-get ready for the release soon!
