Food always tastes a little bit sweeter when enjoyed out in the open air. ☀️Originally, picnics were a way for people to escape strict etiquette and just enjoy the simple freedom of nature and good company. Today, we’re keeping that spirit alive. Pack the basket, unroll the blanket, and pour a glass of mead. Harvest days on the estate.
There is nothing quite like the sight (and smell!) of fresh-cut lavender bundles drying in the Tasting Room. We caught these stems just as the blooms began to wake up, ensuring they hold onto their incredible fragrance and rich color.
We’re leaving plenty of forage out there for our resident pollinators, but this harvest is officially ready to begin its slow, natural curing process.

Nothing beats a simple outdoor spread, especially when it features a perfect lineup from . Pack a basket, find a sunny patch of grass in our olive grove, and take it all in with an ice-cold glass of dry brut sparkling wine. ☀️
