🌱 Weekly Dirt — Week of June 7th

The stand will be stocked this Saturday!

☀️ A quick update: Unfortunately, we won’t be stocking the stand on Friday this week due to the heat index. We’ll be waiting for cooler temperatures and stocking everything on Saturday instead.

What you can expect:
🥚 Farm fresh eggs (9–10 dozen estimated, depending on how our girls do)
— mix of 1 dozen & 18-count cartons available
🦃 Turkey eggs available upon request (in season)

🧄 Garlic Scapes! We have ONE bag available this week. They’re great for pesto, stir-fries, roasting, grilling, or anywhere you’d use a mild garlic flavor.

Garlic scapes are the curly flower stalks from garlic plants. They’re great chopped into stir-fries, added to soups, blended into pesto, roasted, or used anywhere you’d like a mild garlic flavor. We’ll let everyone know as soon as they’re ready!

This garden season is looking STACKED 🌿👏
