Getting to taste test with the kids before canning is my favorite part! This wild violet 💜 jelly turned out a bit more pink than the last batch- you definitely get a hint of lemon 🍋
The violet tea started off a deep dark purple before adding in the lemon juice. Next time, I’ll have to video the color change.
