Happy Easter from the Franklin Farm🐑🐑🐑
Here’s what we had, slow roasted leg of lamb, seasoned with Baharat (Lebanese) wet rub, over a bed of fingerling potatoes, carrots and sliced onions. It was delicious!!! 🐑🐑

The chores are done, the animals fed. It’s time for the Franklin Farm dinner. Roasted Bok Choy from our favorite Asian Market, marinated Lamb Chops, Porterhouse and T-Bone Steaks. All fresh from the Franklin Farm. Happy Fourth to all.
