As the sun is shining and business is picking up, we’re looking to bulk up our team! 💪🏼 We’re hiring! We’re currently looking for cooks to join our team and help us in the kitchen.
We are looking for cooks/kitchen leads to join our BOH team at Homage Brewing Chinatown.
Applicants must have at least 3 years in a fast paced short order style kitchens. Multitasking and efficiency are essential to success on our team. The position requires a calm demeanor, clear communication, hustle, and teamwork; proficiency in working a prep, fryer, grill top, and salad station.
An ideal candidate should be good with attention to detail, organization, cleanliness, as well as identifying and executing current priorities in a live kitchen during peak business to ensure a seamless guest experience in FOH, while working with the team or solo. Other necessary requirements are, long stretches of standing, heavy lifting of produce boxes, bending, and being around sharp and hot objects.
You must have flexible weekend availability all weekend days (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays) as well as openness up to 2 other weekday shifts.
