Pink Guava - Barrel Aged Saison Conditioned on Strawberries and Mexican Guava m 🤖🍓. This beer was aged gracefully in red wine barrels before being blended and treated with large amounts of strawberries and Guava. This year we blended several different red wine oak barrels. The barrel conditioned beer ranged between 6 months to 2 years old aged hopped saison. Balanced oak, aged hops and restrained acidity play in harmony while showcasing the sweet and berry forward aroma of over ripened strawberries and fresh tropical guava. The aroma is layered with lovely Strawberries at the forefront followed by the tropical notes of guava creating a punch like beverage but nuanced with complex wild yeast. Pink Guava 26’ is a sensational and lovely saison bubbling with beautiful structure. Brewed with Pilsner malt, unmalted wheat, and aged hops.
