We have two locations: Poolesville, MD, and Panama City, FL. A pair of small family farms specializing in quality registered Dairy and Meat Goats.
First located in Boyds, Maryland, we have been raising registered dairy and meat goats since 2000—Boer, Oberhasli, Alpine, and recorded grade. In 2014, after part of the family moved to Panama City, FL but still dedicated to raising goats, we split our herd into two separate farms. Rather than have two names, two websites, and two competing brands, however, we decided to keep the same name, philosophy, and small, family-owned feel for the locations in Maryland and Florida. Our Mission: To raise healthy production animals. We raise animals who are resistant to internal parasites and are excellent producers. Our oberhaslis consistently place at the top of their class in the show ring. Our Boers are improving and place well in shows. We sell raw goat milk for animal consumption and have an Oberhasli stud buck available. We are also beginning to look at goat renting. We have tested our goats last in 2007 for CAE and CL, and all goats were found to be negative. Our kids are dam raised but are routinely cuddled when young so they make very friendly goats.

First baby goat of the year. Here's to new beginnings!
Our page has been quiet for all too long, as the main Social Media person has been busy with our recovery work from Hurricane Michael. Our farm in Panama City took some damage, but we're still open, selling goat milk soap, goats, and limited amounts of other goat products, and are ready to try and start the new year going forward. Baby goat season is starting in full swing, and we plan to post more frequently. Expect more pictures of our wonderful goats, their babies and goat products.
Thanks for all your support!
Goat is good.
Not only is goat often referred to as the healthiest of red meats, but it's good for the planet, too. And, yes, it actually tastes good.
We had some damage, but the farm made it through #HurricaneMichael. We even managed to keep our goat meat frozen using our electric generator. If you want to place an order, please do! We'd love to reduce our inventory for the time being.
